HÉLÈNE DEROME, GENERAL DIRECTOR
Hélène has more than 30 years of experience in managing cultural and community organizations. She likes to accompany organizations in their strategic planning process, search for funding or implementation of management systems.

For me, family is my haven of peace.


MARLÈNE ASSELIN, PSYCHOSOCIAL COUNSELLOR

Marlène, a psychologist by training, has been working as a counsellor at Première Ressource for nearly twenty years. She has in depth knowledge of the issues related to early childhood. New parents have only good things to say about her.

For me, the family is a place where we can forge intimate bonds.


CHANTAL BRUNET
, PSYCHOSOCIAL COUNSELLOR, PROJECT MANAGER 
Chantal has a bachelor's degree in sexology and worked for ten years as a counsellor at Tel-jeunes / Ligneparents. She has an extensive knowledge of child development and has strong intervention and communication skills. 

For me, family is a sublime amalgamation of love, sharing and smiles.


AUDREY GOSSELIN, PSYCHOSOCIAL COUNSELLOR, PROJECT MANAGER

Audrey, a special education and childhood educator, has been working in the community for almost 20 years. She has a great deal of expertise in family-related issues. She coordinates the development of our services and gives numerous conferences in addition to her work in intervention. 

For me, family is the one I have chosen.


NICOLE FORTIER, PSYCHOSOCIAL COUNSELLOR
Nicole has a Master's degree in Social Work and a diploma in Psychoeducation. She has worked in the public sector and in private clinics. A member of the team for nearly fifteen years, she now works as a volunteer.

For me, family is a space to grow and blossom in order to find oneself.


MANON LAROCHELLE, INTERVENANTE PSYCHOSOCIALE, CHARGÉE DE PROJETS
Manon détient une formation d'éducatrice à l'enfance ainsi qu'un baccalauréat en psychologie. Elle cumule de nombreuses et diverses expériences en petite enfance, et connaît bien les enjeux liés au développement des enfants et des adolescents.

Pour moi la famille, c'est mon cocon douillet et un lieu où toutes les folies sont permises.


HÉLÈNE RICHARD, ASSISTANT TO DIRECTOR AND CLINICAL TEAM
Hélène has been working in the community for more than 30 years. For ten years, she ran a family daycare service. She has also worked as a counsellor with women going through divorce.

For me, family is my foundation, my anchor and my greatest challenge.


LOU TAJEDDINE, INTERVENTION PSYCOSOCIALE ET GESTION DE PROJETS
Lou possède un baccalauréat en travail social après avoir oeuvré pendant sept années en technique de contrôle de qualité et a suivi en plus des formations sur la communication non violente, les troubles anxieux et sur l’écoute active. Depuis 2017, Lou travaille en animation et intervention psychosocial.

Pour moi la famille, c'est ceux sur qui je peux toujours compter.
