Première Ressource, aide aux parents has increased operating hours to reach more Quebec families in need of psychosocial consults, as the pandemic continues to affect our day to day lives.
Première Ressource, a recognized family organization, has been offering free and confidential consultations to all families in Quebec for 35 years by telephone, email or chat. Professionals in psychosocial intervention are there to accompany and answer any questions you may have about raising your child or the parent/child relationship. There is no time limit and follow-up with the same counsellor is possible.
All parents in Quebec can contact the psychosocial intervention team from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
